Always knew you would make it from our training days at the Sports Centre in good old Thetford. I stopped training 5 yrs back and regret it ( though im too old to compete now ha ha ) You look awesome mate and i Congratulate you on your continuing success.

hello there darren, a friend of mine has been banging on about a so called bodybuilder that came to a club up in leicster which we happen to work at called 'ISU'...and this certain somebody was a darren woerner...so i checked it out on google and i have to say i am impressed....unbelievable physique...i'd like to congratulate you on your recent victory and hope you pick up many more in the near future....and if you ever come to ISU do ask for a kamran....once again well done.... |

hi sam, not sure if you remember me but i came to your club at night oct 06 but had to finish half way through coz i fell down the steps at work and hurt my ankle. well me and my aunt are going to start coming down just for the gym probably tuesday and thursday. just a bit nervious. will there be someone there to show us what to do with the machines as i have forgot now he he
